The Community team is particularly focused on initiating and developing new relationships with our customers. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, generating business leads, and supporting marketing activities, including the occasional event.
This position often acts as the first point of contact between job seekers and the Wahl+Case team. While it is essential to have the communication skills and emotional intelligence to build strong relationships, you will also need to have an underlying goal-orientation and consistently deliver an excellent customer experience.

You will carry out searches using social media, job boards, and our internal database to identify candidates who are open to learning more about potential career opportunities.
You will spend most of your day calling, meeting, and liaising with these candidates, striving at all times to give Wahl+Case the best reputation for customer service.
You will also support our business development efforts by generating and tracking leads for new business development, as well as participating in client meetings.
In addition, you will occasionally support community management initiatives designed to engage and deepen relationships with our customers, utilizing tools such as email marketing and event planning.
We believe in the importance of providing ongoing training and development opportunities to all members of the Wahl+Case team. New starters take part in an extensive orientation program, designed to help associates excel at all aspects of the recruitment process and begin working toward achieving their professional goals as quickly as possible.
